Andrea Elson
Andrea Hope Elson, an American actress and former model was a former actor who has since retired. Elson started her acting career when she was a child, and later as a model. The actress is most famous as Alice Tyler in the CBS Science-fiction series. Andrea auditioned for and was awarded the part in the role of Lynn Tanner on the hit series ALF (1986). The actress worked for various popular TV shows including Movies of the Day before making the decision to leave the industry and concentrate on her children. Andrea Elson's role as Lynn Tanner, Willie and Kate Tanner's teenage daughter, was difficult for her. People reported in 2000 that she was struggling to develop as a woman before the audience of sitcoms. Elson, who was green eyed New York City native grew in her travels due to the advertising job her father had. When she was just ten years old, she was living throughout New York Chicago San Diego as well as Los Angeles. In San Diego Andrea got an agent and got the part she auditioned for. Fusco explained that ALF was a tycoon aged 285 and could be a drinker. As ALF began to be more popular, NBC said that Fusco would not be able to continue having ALF drinking alcohol before the children. This was a negative role of a model. Fusco, who believed ALF was mature enough to drive drunk, was mistaken. In 1995, he was found to be suffering from the lymphoma. This cancer was treated successfully and he went on to be in Remission throughout the course of his life. It was in Englewood New York, at Lillian Booth Actors Home on 26 June in 2019, the actor aged 75 was diagnosed with cancer and passed away.
